Steve has worked in sales and sales leadership roles for some of Australia's largest employers, including Westpac, Ford Motor Company and Microsoft. His experience extends across ANZ, APAC and Europe. He has been involved in four separate start-up enterprises and has driven triple-digit growth by focussing on getting the basics right. Steve's strengths are specifically in the area of sales and marketing with particular focus on articulating value propositions and engineering robust sales processes. In addition to a Bachelor of Arts (Economics & Politics), Steve also has a Masters degree in Management from MGSM and is a certified six-sigma green belt.
Steve grew up in a small business family. His father started and ran a business building petrol station infrastructure. He saw first hand the impact that running a small business had on family life, and wants to leverage his experience and the ActionCOACH methodology to try and help as many Inner West businesses as possible. After more than 25 years working for large corporations, Steve has returned to his roots to work in and focus on small business. Stephen has a Bachelor of Arts (Economics and Politics) from Macquarie University, Masters of Management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management; Six-Sigma Green Belt from Microsoft Quality and Business Excellence.
